Patti's Famous Seasoning

I happened across this seasoning during a weekend retreat at a family cabin in Nashville, IN. I prepared a 12oz. bacon wrapped filet, for myself, and 3-8oz. filets for my wife and kids. Normally I would use a combination of garlic salt and the standard, popular "L" seasoning. Since I forgot my normal homemade seasoning shaker, I had to resort to what others had left, and I have to say whoever left the Pattis seasoning IS A FOOL!!! I came home and ordered 2, plus BBQ sauce and a cookbook to boot. I am just thrilled that it is available via the internet and I can't wait to cook with it again. The combination of ingredients is more than I could imagine to put together and the taste, DEVINE! I will order more when my supply runs low in a month. Happy Grilling, Mike @ Indiana

I think it's great, my wife and I just love the flavor that it adds to the meat. Glad that we stopped in, had a super meal and took some Pattis seasoning home with us. Thanks
