Patti's Famous Seasoning

I seldom use prepared seasonings, but this one stands out. I have tried various herbs and/or spices with pork chops, but nothing approaches Patti's. In addition, I often cut up white or sweet potatoes into hunks, rub them with olive oil and Patti's season before oven roasting. I have yet to serve them without getting raves.

I use this on plain baked chicken with nothing else and comes out the best you can imagine. I was given this as a gift about 5 years ago and have bought about 5 bottles of it mailorder. There is nothing in the grocery stores like it. sprinkle lightly on the chicken and bake for an hour.. as simple as it gets...

Patti's has been a long time favorite restaurant of our family for many years, however, we don't get down that way as often as we like. When we do, I make sure and STOCK UP!! I am so glad that products are now offered online! This makes it much easier to make sure I NEVER run out. Just last night, I made chicken wings on the grill with nothing but the seasoning. No sauce, no hot sauce nothing. EVERYONE said they were the best they ever had, and raved about the seasoning! Thanks for giving us a WONDERFUL product!

I have purchased several cases of this seasoning and have given a lot away as gifts. We've used all kinds of seasoning over the many years, and this is by far the best we have found for steak, seafood, or chicken. Even used it as a seasoning on BBQ brisket that placed in a recent BBQ competition. Glad to see the online site is back up and running. Didn't stop us from ordering the seasoning, but this makes it very convenient. Great Seasoning and you can't go wrong using this on those grilled steaks outside. And if you haven't had a chance, eat at their restaurant. Food is outstanding and you should not leave hungry.

This seasoning and sauce is great. We order this for family each Christmas and they look for it. I put it in a basket with new tea towels, mitts etc.
